IMPORTANT INFORMATION

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

• All piercings can be booked online via our Appointment Booking system.
• You are making appointments per person.
• We will not pierce anyone under the age of 12 years old.
• We will pierce ear lobes only if you are 12 or 13 years old and you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and both have valid goverment issued photo ID. We cannot accept a photo of your ID.
• If you are age 12 to 15 years old you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and both have valid government photo ID. We cannot accept a photo of your ID.
• If you are under 25 years old you will need to bring valid photo ID.
• Our consent forms are digital which you can fill in on your own device before your appointment on the day or in the shop on one of our tablets.
• If you are going to be late please let us know as you may lose your appointment and deposit!
• THE £10 DEPOSIT IS NOT THE FULL COST OF THE PIERCING (see price list).
• CANCELLATION OF LESS THAN 24 HOURS WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF DEPOSIT.
